Whether you just picked up your first stick, you're a seasoned player gearing up for spring season, or you're a lacrosse parent trying to figure out what your kid actually needs (and what they don't), this newsletter is for you.

Every week we'll drop something useful: gear guides, training tips, product picks, and a little bit of what's happening in the local lacrosse community.

So, who are we?

Lacrosse Hub NW is your local lacrosse specialty shop right here in the Pacific Northwest. We’re locally owned, and we're not a big box store. We're a small shop run by people who play, coach, and live lacrosse. That means when you come in, you're talking to someone who actually knows the difference between different lacrosse heads, pocket types, etc. 

We carry everything from beginner starter kits to high-end gear for competitive players, and we're always happy to help you figure out exactly what you need. 

A tip to kick things off 🥍

Since we're just getting into spring season, here's one thing we tell every player who walks through our door:

Don't sleep on your off-hand.

Spring is the best time to work on it — you've got real games to test it in, and practice nearly every day. Even 10 minutes of wall ball a day with your weak hand will pay off more than you'd expect by the time Spring is over. It's one of those things that separates good players from great ones, and it costs nothing but time.
