MONTHLY CHALLENGES
LACROSSE HUB Monthly Challenge Rules
Youth & High School
The Monthly Challenges are designed to encourage players to improve their skills, stay active, and have fun while earning points and rewards!
1. Challenge Participation
Monthly challenges will run all year long.
Challenges are open to all lacrosse players (Youth, High School, College and Adult).
Each month, a new challenge will be announced with specific instructions and goals.
2. Submissions
Players must complete the competition at the Lacrosse Hub.
They must either have the Lacrosse Hub team video of them or submit a video of themselves completing the monthly challenge.
Each player who submits a video will earn 10 points, regardless of whether they fully complete the challenge requirements.
Videos must clearly show the player completing the challenge.
Videos must be submitted by the announced monthly deadline.
Only one submission per player, per monthly challenge will count toward points unless otherwise specified.
3. Completing the Challenge
Players who successfully meet the requirements of the challenge will earn a $5 gift card reward.
Challenge requirements and expectations will be clearly communicated at the beginning of each month.
Submissions must be completed honestly and without altering or editing the video in a way that misrepresents the player's performance.
4. Gift Card Rewards
Players who complete a challenge may choose to receive their $10 gift card reward or allow it to accumulate toward a larger reward.
Players can earn up to $30 in gift card rewards by successfully completing all monthly challenges in the timeframe (quarterly).
Gift card rewards are based on successfully meeting each challenge's requirements.
5. Season Point Competition
Players will earn 10 points for each monthly challenge video submitted.
Points will accumulate quarterly.
At the end of the challenge season, the player or players with the highest total number of points will receive a special Lacrosse Hub reward.
Multiple players may win, including in the event of a tie.
6. Sportsmanship & Integrity
Players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and honesty.
Challenges should be completed safely and in an appropriate location.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to assist Youth players with recording and submitting videos when needed.
Coaches may review submissions to confirm that challenge requirements have been met.
7. Have Fun and Get Better!
The purpose of these challenges is to encourage players to work on their skills, challenge themselves, and stay connected with the Lacrosse Hub community. Every submission counts toward the season point competition, so participation matters!
