A parent-assisted class focused on developing balance, coordination, and early motor skills through fun, guided activities. This is where a child’s confidence in movement begins.

Children begin to explore movement more independently while building confidence, listening skills, and comfort in a group setting. Sessions are designed to encourage curiosity, effort, and early social interaction.
Exploration & Early Confidence

(3 - 4 years old)
Players are introduced to basic lacrosse concepts while continuing to develop coordination and body control. Through structured activities, they learn to try new skills, overcome challenges, and build resilience.
Skill Building & Resilience

This level introduces simple gameplay concepts and teamwork in a fun, supportive environment. Players begin to apply skills in small-sided play while building confidence, communication, and a sense of leadership.
